J.F. Meyer Realty was founded by Jerry Meyer in 1996 primarily as a brokerage to assist with in-house real estate deals.  In 2007, Jerry’s daughter Hayley came on board to offer a wealth of new services including buyer and seller representation, new home construction expertise and investment property consultation.  Since 2007, J.F. Meyer Realty has expanded rapidly in a difficult real estate climate.  We attribute our growth to several factors, starting with our customer service.

As a family owned and operated business, we do a majority of our business through referrals.  We always strive to receive 100% client satisfaction, and always operate honestly and openly with all of our clients and associates.

We also have found success due to our adaption to the ever changing world of real estate.  In the past 5 years, real estate has changed in so many ways.  With a heavy focus on technology, online marketing, and use of social networks, we are confident that we are in tune with where the future of real estate is headed and will continue to grow accordingly.

Lastly, our constant dedication is another factor in our growing business. We are always working and always looking to help the next buyer or seller that comes our way. Given the small size of our brokerage, we are able to give one-on-one time with all of our clients, and our clients know when they pick up the phone, they will speak with us.
